so in the awful juvenile hall system/youth authority... there are children who have completed their sentences, or served their time, done their time whatever.... and because of social situations and limiting factors on not their fault they are stuck. Like, they aren't being released? I mean, that is a question mark after that statement but it is a fact. I have no idea how many or where or who- but currently that is a concern needing attention from our legislators. Wouldn't a dorm room and tuition be nice? It's a sad fact- and omg what if they are being deported or something? I mean really? I'm 31- what if I was one of those 20 year sentences I've heard of being dished out to 10 year olds?
I mean I just had to correct sentance for the now third time- sentence.
I drank three java chip frapps yesterday- not sure why but they made my day and gave me indigestion from all the dairy- but so worth it.
The day before I went to Griffith and made it to the top in flip- flops! Ugh- seriously I was like a smoker wanting a cigarette when I got to the top and I don't smoke.....
Grey is the answer... cause it's all of us. Just saying.
Also- if someone took my phone or glasses... please continue to pick on me.... not an old person or something. I think that was the first time i cried over the news... this guy or two broke into this elderly lady's apartment in Birmingham in the 90's and like tortured her or something... now I kinda wanna cry again.... but seriously....
I'm so thankful to be LA... I hope it's mutual if there is such a thing as a city feeling so... but I feel it. Plus- some of those resources that are supposed to be available somehow are here... three incomplete applications for benefits, three library suspensions in san jose. I went through 5 phones there in like a month... and only one so far and I think that's cause i dropped it down a storm drain go figure. :)
Ask not why that person is napping on the sidewalk- but what earned him or her that nap.
