So did you know... that there are medical institutions that do settle when sued.... I’m not sure if this included mediation as the verbiage is so specific as per the Latin meanings. I do think this is wonderful- as people have been doing this as a ‘come up’ because of... no no no, not because they are lazy and yes possibly because of a mistake but largely because they need financial support, the government isn’t there to help (as a Republican administration does affect diagnosis approved for ssi/ssa v a democratic one. ) and that being said I am so thankful that they did a cost of living adjustment for those individuals receiving such help/assistance... literally, that’s what I was told. It resonates in a way that if an institution feels not at fault but is somewhat grieving at a loss of life much like a family or employees might be at that time- a ‘I’msorry you’re going through this’ might be sonethjhg that’s done but then it’s like a picking and choosing situation and then their may be a document kept and then it could once again be a legal issue.... all brought on by the not laziness if people... cause all that takes work and effort and they really don’t want to be doing that either... but the injustices of the government, and in the community or family unit in which they reside or are trapped in or are staying in or airbnb’ing in or couch surfing in... makes it so that it’s been a survival tool. I mean the McDonald’s lady- she sued them over hot coffee.... but did the drive through lady see her ex-boyfriends new girlfriend and that coffee just slipped and all that doesn’t really matter but the coffee got out of the cup and on to that person and cussed like awful burns. Like, had to have skin grafting kind of burns. That’s terrible- and this was before all that ‘can’t turn someone away from the ER’ lawmaking that was done... literally, it was a swipe to enter type world... thank you for that... but that lady may have literally had medical bills and even if you have stellar insurance... a co-pay for an out patient procedure is easily $1000 or $500. That’s all lot. Skin grafting isn’t done everywhere, I mean surely its available in every state but I dunno- point is... I feel that instead of having people have to go and look and possible cause something like a medical discrepancy or medical mistake and then sue over it or even have to go through mediation... I love the compassion of realizing this and writing a check or settling... I’m not saying that’s what happens but these types of work around are annoying. I was at a meeting and an idea was thrown out about having celebrity’s help or donate money etc., and I was thinking... it’s not their responsibly or debt to pay that the government is misappropriating funds and what not. Answer me this.. as a .org/non profit... how much federal grant writing money is acquired by the police depts and sheriffs depts? I am so curious... cause that pool of funds is the same pool that children’s hospitals swim in, and other non profits and not for profits do. Like, they need to get out- it’s scary to think of the shit that’s hidden by the two entities listed above in jails and prisons cause I was just at a healthcare place that I think didn’t believe my story of oh I was in care I was just in jail receiving care at that time... well- I don’t know how deep they can look but there was no evidence to support my claim because there were no labs available or script refills or payments... and that’s because all of that including my surgery at LAC USC in the jail ward at the medical center- that big grey door around the right side... not for deliveries, but is the entrance to where I’m speaking.... all those labs and meds were done within the jail itself, no outside contact needed... don’t even think labcorp and everybody uses labcorp or that other company/I’m not endorsing I’m just saying I think all that is their own system... which is very hmmmmmm provoking to me... additionally the meds, the physician care or face to face time, the labs, the medication dispersement and pharmacy supervision.... like all these peoples paychecks and the equipment and the testing machinery, and the health insurance of those people, their pensions, the.... all of that is covered by the jail. Even my surgery... that I was wide awake and yelling ouch through with my legs zip tied together... like even the zip ties cost money... all that is and was covered by your local jail/nonprofit/federal dollas. Don’t that make you want to holla.... is that your purchase tax money/ money that’s not refunded to you? I dunno- but do you see how even if there are and is itemization... how deep one would have to dig to actually find some of these numbers? Not only that- but being a non or not for profit means openness/transparency and j could give a rats tail when that specific detail became a reality because, ok fine, your entity was founded ironically before that... ok... well as some people’s grandfathers are in that institution or entity in which I’m speaking of... and nobody grandfathered out of that detail. I mean I don’t think they ought to be able to use that little loop hole, becuase ive been in that hole in the jail, and am in the hole financially, I would say I’m strapped for cash but I didn’t realize the double meaning/ or auntandra or am I supposed to say double auntaundra or is that like back and forth times four? Cause there is no confusion about how crystal clear and powerless one is in handcuffs. That being said it is a big deal and there are sooooo many specifics down to the amount of steps an officer can move you before it’s considered them taking possession of you/your person even without cuffs on. The verbiage of sir, can you step over here may or may not get them out of those, I think it’s four steps, that chase them to have now detained you classification or assumed control over you situation. That’s a lot. And then.... the tragedy of my round about blog and its... porfas please stay on task.... which is to say... that they have accountants on payroll that are deigning inmate classification systems and also placements based on an acuity, affiliation, unaffiliations but now associations, talked to recently, and other factors including sexual identity and gender born as and is now labels, and sexual preferences this visit as well as last visit to note constancy or variation as well as possibly identify the corruption of the new new classification system in a way of identifying and predicting dorm/bed assignments or facility placement by civilians on the outside as a way of knowing who will go where and at what time and in what transport option... as a way of possibly breaking someone out or I dunno... whatever. The point is... I think it’s all built in a dos system. So like the F3 or F4 or d:/. Option type shit... that’s not even available anymore I don’t think in Windows as a ‘restart to dos’ option. Yes, I played mech wars... or whatever...it was a game that you played in dos outside of windows 95... that’s crazy! Like- did you know delta ain’t delta everywhere. I know I know. Once again I digress- which means to leave the main subject temporarily and I think I somehow always go back or comeback to (yes that shit tasted as shit but if that was a vetting exercise I do wish it had been after the first stay not in the second day of the first but now I get the sense of urgency as well as the sense of love... Aw I know huh... I’m cute huh...(I said that one time when a CO wanted to bitch slap me, but that’s just how frustrating I can be... cause the child I’ve always been... means- this won’t be the last time I want to bitch slap this fool but he did just catch em off guard with that statement so maybe he didn’t... I know... once the digression occurs and I do think it speaks to.... like, how nervous or how I seem so like studdery or how contemplative I appear when asked... what time it is or something simple... like like a algorithm almost or risk assessment as well as a trip down memory lane to say I don’t know but it’s 5 o’clock somewhere... and where it is that time in the rest of the world I do believe is in the same time zone in which there in tire country rides. Prior to looking to vet or validate that time zone statement or whatever please keep in mind this should be done in Mozilla as well as might not still be the actuality that exists in that country but would be the actuality of the lies we are told or the validation of the untrue things we assume like oh they do time zone in every country because we do in ours... also, let’s not play like every opportunity to invalidate me might or might not be happening as I’m writing this... which is nice... because.... that further validates me and my concerns.... like I realize a solution to misery and suffering was being stated by someone hurting and scared and suffering because they were actually in need, experiencing literally heart break and then violence and then you know it’s Tuesday and now I’m crying uncontrollably because we aren’t together having tacos at home bitching about how Monday carried over into today and both early anticipating what normally happens on Tuesday....... it’s so avoidable. But I do feel it speaks to why is it a celebrities debt to donate money to build a homeless shelter or something like that. That’s what was suggested, and the pain and suffering in this person voice and like speech was just tear jerking and heartbreaking... even if I didn’t know exactly or kind of like what he was experiencing... I would have felt the same... like this person was truly just compelled to get up in front of people and talk about it... I’m kind of picking it apart a little but not in a mean way or a judgmental way... but in a way of I’m not sure why the person would out the money gathering on the celebs and not the politicians or the law makers?! I don’t know.... all I’m saying is that celebs and charities and all of that have really gotten out of hand. Yes, they get a tax break or deduction of charitable contributions... but at the same time... like billions almost trillions per year are donated in this form to the government... like the fuck does it all go... yes I know the whole gay marriage thing, in that year y’all took a hit por que there wasn’t as many single people to rip off in e manner in which you’re accustomed to.... but further more I’m over more... opps I meant over it. They may want to raise awareness or something... or be so like thankful to be out of that life or homelessness themselves that they are contractually obligated to not.... see that’s how much they can’t think about it that i can’t even digress down the example tree I wanted to because.... see there it is again. And if you don’t believe this to be true. Look at what the celebs who donated to a university for whatever reason... you know I think it was out of the goodness of their hearts but who knows... they on trial for not that (you know, the goodness part). Like, I’ll be the most naive person if I think that any ‘celeb’ will ever donate or charitable contribute anything to any entity or situation or subsidy or person or entity... like dang, I’ll just get ripped a new hole in my pocket with the amount of taxes I have to pay versus charitable contribute to anything after what our legal system has done to these mothers and fathers or my peers or celebs or blog reader or... I dunno. But that community is a precious one that is comprised of Angeles and I live in the city of angels... so I’m not, not turning to them.... I’m simply turning to the people or entities or individuals or politicians or law makers or people w it h the million dollar educations in and of law and blah blah blah... this is a multicultural, multi-issue upon issue upon tragedy after tragedy after work after work around.... thats I hate to say is so much bigger than even a city of angels. Oh but speaking of angels. The Anaheim river bed or whatever where like this 2000, two thousand souls were quote unquote cleaned out of... like a litter box I guess or that’s just disrespectful verbiage but oh well... it’s not mine but something I read.... so like they were cleaned out of, and oh oh those flippers from that one network all about things in which most people in our country live in but don’t own.... or only walk past as in apartment livers or those without a place of safety of their own... they doing a whole special or something i that same area all of a sudden. Like, I’m glad I don’t believe in coincidences. But I do wonder where is the follow up in the media or even where are they now? Like honestly Los Angeles’ numbers to me seem so just... I dunno after thinking of all those people and then the articles about how they were treated and then to think of how I don’t know where they are now and all of everything else... it’s like eff this... I’m just going to stay out of it... if that’s your choice I so cannot even fault you for it. Like, trust- it’s a lot and it’s so just.... its so something that laws and lawmakers have to handle because as much as it’s a money issue... it’s so much more of a (yes, humanity and how nasty Americans are to each other or appear or seem to be.... that’s awfully judgmental of me... but that’s how it appears to others not of this country or... to Americans also) like, if you write a law that states you can not evict, kick out, force out, or whatever then you can’t do it, right? Like- the one most important law that should have been written first or the first ‘right’ that should have been written is the right for a home regardless of ability to pay... I know I know, ‘but I go to work everyday, and that person doesn’t, so why do they get a home and I don’t....’ like, that shows how little you know about anything about this... and a lot about the trauma you have experienced. It does. I’m sorry you went through that pain and I am sorry that it’s so great that it was something said out loud and I am sorry that... oh wait... it’s funny how no media person or anyone will make comments like that but will call another person a ‘blahbjttyblahblahblah.’ Like, it’s a big issue. If you feel that way- that’s ok, you feelings are valid- however, in a way- I sure will be that person to say.... oh you need financial assistance... if you make under $80k per year in the county in which I do... it may make the financial trauma in which you’ve experienced that’s led to that statement I mentioned earlier- then, some of that can be alleviated by state issued benefits. Thank you for that- truly it’s amazing. Just one example of how much I care and also how much thighs can change in a person and I want to be that person with a job and a home and it makes me feel sad for you that your traumas are causing those beliefs and statements and possible actions or votes versus in the direction or path of aid, or help or assistance or what can I do, or even how can I vote or what do I need to bring up... it’s like I don’t know what happened but if it’s generational or brought on by literally working your ass off and not getting anywhere but back and forth to work... I get it, write about to your senator or house rep or local rep or whatever. Like, I’ve been that person with a mortgage, a car, furniture, nice clothes, a warm bed, and phone, and laptop and tv/dvr... and two jobs with a degree.... like, I know that struggle. It’s one of the reasons I’m glad I got out of it before I got bitter about it (kinda rude but whoa reading anyways...) what are the stages of judgements thought processes or haterade.... hmmmmmm. Dang.... so I get compensated for that? Because I ran from it but only because I needed to make more money and then... I found what life is truly about... and then... it’s not about me... and I’m digressing again... but some people don’t get me and a lot of times I don’t either, but I still forgive you. Anyways, the whole idea I was going for or with is towards sometimes those work around a or kindness’ are bandaids on more then just a flesh wound and eventually (no no conservative- don’t do more harm then good because... who knows, it could’ve, but an educated or look back as time as passed... like hind sight is phenomenal because Dan Rather wouldn’t have been on something not good which is what 20/20 was about? I dunno I didn’t watch it- but the looking back at things or situations... I don’t think this is a meta analysis unless it’s one of the type of research or combinations of studies that’s one that looks back at it. And I dunno. That’s like more dollars and not to say that that type of research is something in a way freely given and done by someone as their PhD dissertation or what not...so if those members and evidence is needed ok fine.... I think it already exists... my point is... we need some laws. And some relief. Because if the rent is too damn high in one place then it is everywhere. And it is straight up disrespectful that we allow people to have job that pay below the poverty level and it’s not like the government doesn’t know this- the taxes come in yearly. They know they do this to their people. Now, It’s so bad the a person with two jobs, no kids, no alimony, like all those judgmental ideas or put downs as a well those that’s where all your money is going- stop that. Don’t do that to your fellow peer or person or friend... butter the similarity or similarities... and go from there. Some of the crap we say like I’ve paid my debt.... well we thank you for that... now here’s your life after...it’s affecting the world... I’m over things not just comprehensively changing things. Like- oh, you just remodeled your kitchen... ok! I know all the things you need and require and the fluff that can go on top and the cleaning supplies and the soap and the brooms and the swifter and the crock pot and the tv and the... but here is a skillet. That’s everything you need... right there. Well, aren’t you going to thank me everyday of every year and what? You’re complaining to me about things.... but that’s all you need right? I mean you can cook with a skillet? Like- soup can be warmed up in a skillet. I mean, you can make a panini. A grilled cheese. Omg what? You don’t have groceries. Well, ugh I didn’t know that. Ok. Here go some groceries. What? You don’t have gas? Ok, here’s some utilities. What? Olive oil? Ok, here’s some Pam. What? You don’t use that? Well, that’s a little rude I’m not going to help you anymore. That’s what we have currently and it stops at about the oh you’re homeless part... cause that person didn’t mention the loss of job related to loss of Norma routine related to loss of patience or financial constraints or loss of central Hester that needed repairing which led to use of old gas stove in old kitchen that was used for heating home via old stove that just burnt everything. And that doesn’t even mention or speak to the loss of life I am grieving over as the carbon monoxide from the gas stove that was used as a option (but technically don’t tell all of that because the improper use of the stove will void your homeowners insurance and they letter they send you written by not a person will it feel bad...) I was unaware of the silent killer in the form of a waste product or byproduct... killed the other member of my family. But, thank you for the skillet. That may not be my story but it’s one heard soooo common that people thought propane was different and have wheeled their gas grill inside their home for warmth... same result. I know- imagine that? That’s is not some thing to imagine as that is someone’s truth and reality. (And I don’t know if you would tell that person to just man up or grow up or whatever.... but there’s a lot that you don’t know until you know. All this is known... the claims, the need, the lack of support for the American people... is so documented that it’s even backed up by cameras and traffic and security cameras.) It’s not up to anyone but government at this point. They opened the doors to the er’s. Well then they provided heath insurance when that need outgrew... then... we elected someone who wants to take that away... all I know is that Spain’s oldest ‘our version of Harvard’ is 500 hundred years older then our Harvard. I was about to defend that statement of which is a blanket factual statement- a lawyer objects and says to be so it need the on or about phrase so there it is... so now I still feel the need to defend that statement but that’s only because.....
