• The criminal justice system doesn’t have a Supreme Court, omg.  
• I want to cry- this is Murder II.  Do you know what it would be like to have a child die of gang violence not get accounted for, not get compensated adequately on a level 
• Stormy Daniels’ got $450,000 for her wrongful arrest so that’s the standard (thank you- you are and did make a difference!  Like, how stupid is it that your arrest and then I don’t know how long you were in and if it’s a per day or not but... Like it didn’t have a statement from you... just info about you...) for everyone’s wrongful arrest and I’m just saying I’ve asked a public defender or made the statement...but I want to sue them!.. and the lady was like oh um, and then, and then... finally I was informed that is or was as is an issue I want to pick up but that it was a separate matter.  Was that a lie...
• Discretionary jurisdiction- and I’m sitting here begging for a federal Supreme Court of the criminal justice system to look at every case of every person behind bars, or with an ankle monitor, or pre-trail... basically If you’re alive and have an expunged case or charge... I was blogging, literally with tears in my eyes sometimes to help and looked like a dumb fuck and don’t play like people who know this were laughing... I don’t care... that shows you how much I have to live with. Cause it is that big of a deal that people I know, and were raised by and have like slept in the same home with... no god damn wonder I didn’t feel safe sleeping until a certain point in my life... yes that’s my person.  This doesn’t even account or matter... • I am... so serious... when I say if I was a parent Or kiddo or whatever that had a person I care about die in the system or a system with no Supreme Court I would file murder II charges against that person and conspiracy charges cause you know they talked about it... baby steps means so much to me now that I realize this... and that person may know or not know that.... but.... 
• I dunno. I don’t know... but this cannot be.  
• They supposed to re-write it every 100 years but I’m like the absolute last time was guns... so now we regulating that one with this one (has to... ) and the right to vote is everyone!   Period. Cause these people haven’t been shown due process because no federal or governing nine has looked and heard these cases.... like-
• Am I wrong?   No the doj I dunno but the human rights one is like all full of prosecutors and there’s your whole issue!!

Cause I’m like I’ll take this shit all the way to the Supreme Court.... not one bar’d attorney Kevin whomever said- oh, that’s not an option... I would have it up in court labeled jay cat applied and I’m for real doh!  Like, they the jay cat but they at home too for not telling me!  They lied!  And to think!
