So two weeks ago I went to the library, it is literally a life line for me- this was in San Jose.  I mean I already walk around looking crazy- standing at bus stops waiting on buses that don't come because of some kind of weird scheduling and light priority blue buses that on the analog signs say they are coming and going before my eyes.  There is something up with the VTA.org, esp since I've had phones stolen on their Light Rail and they could care less.  I go to the office in Downtown San Jose and nothing- they have a nice attitude and smile that will make you think the joke is on you and they are in on it in so many ways.  Here on the Muni and Bart they literally tell you to call or notify the police and you're supported in so many ways to actually do so.  Good luck with that in San Jose.  So like what the hell am I literally supposed to do there by being banned/suspended from the library?  I was looking for directions on how to get to the Respite/Shelter I was at and how to get to Stanford since I was having breathing issues and coughing up nastiness!  This lady literally asked me to move so she could grab a bench that was under the desk that holds the keyboard- what did she do?  Unplugged my computer and told me I was banned- Like how does she even know who I am?  I didn't know her.  Seriously- these people have to be stopped- it will get violent there- if that happened in other parts of our nation or even to certain people there in that community that lady would be shot point blank and never see another day. As in the shooter could literally see it as just self defense and protecting their own person.  What would have happened if that had escalated?  Like who was she or is she?  Like they are beyond their own worst enemies in San Jose and Santa Clara County- I'm speaking generally as their are some salt of the earth people there just trying to have their part of the American Dream  To me the person that unplugged my computer is one of those I've got my part of the American Dream (job, car, self appointed authority, bitch complex, etc.) now let me make sure you stay down and out and unable to to take anything from me!  The world is a big place- there is enough to go around.  But, it's hard to tell someone that who can't see the world the way I do.  RUDE!

Today I am still coping with the rudeness I showed someone who is trying to only help me.  Her Name is Becky Moskowitz- in an email I mentioned Fievel and make a couple of smart remarks.  But I get frustrated when people tell me one thing- she said I wouldn't go in any library in San Jose or really Santa Clara County for that matter.  Then I make it to SF only to realize that I missed an appointment with her and it was to turn in the paperwork from Library Admin/Lee Pendleton/ SJPD with the details of my actual suspension or ban.  How the fuck am I supposed to go get that when Library Admin is in the MLK Library downtown?  I mean seems a little not thought through on her side- well maybe you could call?  Yeah lady, I told you again I don't have a phone.  But, they aren’t living it and honestly have no idea what it can do to a population or secondary population of individuals and I'm just having gone through this for ten months.  I haven’t had it my whole life- I think it’s that people don’t think it can be that big of a detriment.  Oh so fyi some of my stuff is under a bunch of different emails- can’t have all my business out there.  My facebook is under j2005r@aol.com.  I have a million yelp reviews to do and have to somehow add the Public defenders of San Jose to their list on Yelp itself- it's under jray3401@gmail.com.  I'm watching my Chainsmokers in Malta at the Isle of MTV 2017... holy moly they really are amazing!  Congrats on the Multi Plats!   I think Ms. High Comma’s plate is over flowing after I was raising hell and laying on my stomach in the middle of the dorm showing everyone how these two ‘officers’ manhandled me after they had me in a restraint.  On my stomach, in cuffs behind my back and legs crossed in the air.  But, at least I effing filed the charges against them.  Now I have to do the same to this Security Guard at Target in the Mission here and also follow up with the Investigative Unit from San Jose about my attack.  So to The City I be!  Its fantastic- there is a quote from the United Nations on the walk to City Hall from the fountain outside the Art Institute.  I went inside City Hall, it was like 7pm, and the security said I could have 15 minutes.  It’s the most amazing place.  I was an emotional basket case the entire time just in that I just walked up and opened the door ya know?  How hard was that?  I went back to San Jose to meet with my fantastic Mollie at The Health Trust.  I went by the re-entry center and waited for 30 minutes and was like ok I need to be back SF for an appointment I have to jet- so I went back the next day and thankfully got some clothes, some new shoes, and snacks.  No MRE’s, I guess Marco is eating them all.  It’s just weird to be somewhere like San Jose where they literally don’t give you the area code when they give you a number or write it- It’s totally reality bending only when you think of that actually being old money trying to help me and can’t because the legal system here is so warped!

On Monday I mentioned being redirected at City Teams in San Fransisco- can I just say they have been here since like the 1900's.  Wow.   I went back on Tuesday- It had been 10 months since they had served dinner because of an issue with literally a fire hydrant bursting and flooding their entire building... I've been in San Jose for 10 months... I'm all about that kind of math because I got some stellar meals from there this week- and yesterday got a manicure, some Joe's jeans that I hope some of those hotties like me in and a jacket that has kept me warm and safe feeling at night!  Literally, I'm home for until... I can feel the support of my friends.  Thank you guys so much- I've been adjusting to life here and promise to write more!
