 Police online reporting systems and procedures do not accept crime reports for any crime types other than those listed above.
You must CALL Police Communications to report all Other crime types, by telephoning: 311 or (408) 277-8900.


So I changed my answer and yet again couldnt file one... nevertheless I still have no phone, the phone outside is broken, the HLS is useless... I mean- cheers.  We don't do torte law? or tard law?
