If you want to provide a crime tip, visit the Crime Stoppers website at www.crimestoppers.com.
The Citizens’ Online Police Report System allows you to submit a police report online and print a copy for your records. Please answer the following questions. Your answers will determine whether filing a report online is right for you:

Yes	No	Is this an emergency? (If yes, please call 911 immediately)
Yes	No	Are you reporting a lost or stolen firearm?
Yes	No	Do you have in your possession, actual physical evidence of this crime such as video or digital evidence?
Yes	No	Do you believe you are the victim of a crime because of your race, religion, sexual orientation, handicap, ethnicity or national origin? Your answer indicates that you may be the victim of a Hate Crime. If so, please call (408) 277-8900 to file a report.
Yes	No	Did the incident occur on a State highway or freeway?
If you answered NO to all the questions in this section, please continue. Note: Filing a false police report is a crime! Every person who knowingly makes a false report is guilty of a misdemeanor per 148.5 (a) of the California Penal Code.
Yes	No	Do you understand that filing a false police report is a crime?
Yes	No	Did the incident occur within the San Jose city limits?
Yes	No	Are you eighteen (18) years of age or older?
Yes	No	Are you the victim of the crime you are reporting?
Yes	No	Do you have an email address? (A valid return email address is required in order to file an online report.)

 Police online reporting systems and procedures do not accept crime reports for any crime types other than those listed above.

You must CALL Police Communications to report all Other crime types, by telephoning: 311 or (408) 277-8900.

So I changed my answer and yet again couldnt file one... nevertheless I still have no phone, the phone outside is broken, the HLS is useless... I mean- cheers.  We don't do torte law? or tard law?
