- No idea what it entails but I do know that it’s important... not only for those who may have participated in the last one and aren’t in the states anymore and for all the young future leaders of the world... do you know I never did this in Alabama... not once until like college did they even do this! I swear!
- I guess the states can opt out of the census when it comes around?
