I want them to be able to- I do... the problem is that... maybe soon they will be able to once this is all over... either we have  a huge issue of what are we going to do?  Like- funeral expenses for people, life insurance policies and having HIV means you don’t have one of those and aren’t able to get one and if you do have one like I had when I was a kiddo and still may have I dunno about now... and no I have no idea what’s behind all of that.., but!  IF YOU MOTHERFUCKERS CANT GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER SO THAT IT TAKES US LESS THEN THIRTY DAYS AS A COUNTRY TO AGREE TO GO UNDER A STAY AT HOME ORDER ON AN ALL INCUMBENTED LEADER LEVEL THEN YALL ATE DUMB ASS FUCK.  ALABAMA WRNT UNDER ONE TODAY AT 5pm! So while LA is a ghost town either your covering your tracks or something... seeing if it’s a hoax as well?  Well, operate under what you tell people to operate under which is good faith right?  It’s a cant believe it... like been doing this is california for two weeks and two days and eight states are making us look like the bumbasses of the free world of the municipality or state in which you are... ummm... ummm.... The are announcing the first ones made public as of yesterday, I am so sorry you’re going through that- I hope justice is finally served?  Like- let me tennis ball this situation... hell naw, are you for real, or hell naw, been waiting to long... justice was discovered? Maybe?  Discovery right?  Cause they serve you a drink w a vagina schlepped through it, a warrant is served, can justice please be redefined. Wordiness, like stop creating and re-define!!!  just saying- even atrial fibrillation is a pre-disposition to getting this virus, I’m just regurgitating what I’ve read... oh wait! Haha!  L .. and it is an issue to me as they don’t have personal protective equipment...

• I get really pissed about money and lives. Especially in these situations.. it seems as though a negative pressure or some kind of Tb type precautions are needed. And also the money and the forms are real... I don’t know what’s what but those forms that back in the day the dreams had to complete can with a submit fee of like $1000 maybe... and the fee for naturalization is going up to $1170... like the warmth and compassion and even empathy are thick in the air right now or at least I feel it when I essential (As in like essential shop or shop for the essential..) cause this lady and this lady you could tell were beefin it or have in the past... but they both just looked at each other and then the ones foot that was buggied and then back and I dunno I’m not Chesmoso but it was so human it hurt. ;)

So the physicians, attorneys, people, et al... take away from their lives to be a part of progress in a owning it and buying into the pace the reside. Could be the town im from or where I live now.... same type of governance and press conferences don’t have Roberts rules or the brown act to keep order...maybe just a press conference, take the contacts out with the script or someone answering the question as a checking and balancing act... with you behind the podium is dumb!  Cause sabotage is real, and the lights and teleprompter combined w The contacts that are TVs of sorts will do so much harm... you should (not during covid-19) go see about your color vision and also your retinas... from the care and concerned not the to make you look over your shoulder again… hypothetical hopefully!  Ha! The numbers I’m worried about because I guess it’s a two to nine day incubation period and a viral period of ten days so some will test negative and could be in that incubation period of a false-negative?  Not sure if that’s the proper terminology but... it’s the best I can do.... like, have you tried to log out of al your apps before?  No I mean like log out completely- some you have to delete to do so and until you’ve done that and then seen the search result variations will you relate maybe. But, there’s that to factor in to the systems in place that report the numbers and the lag time I’m unsure of and can’t search for as my phone literally just does the status line of not budging, nope not gonna do it.... you can’t make me I don’t wanna... nope... and I have a ‘oh look!....’ character attribute sooo ;)

The numbers are gonna get worse just happy thoughts now, so we can get ahead. Like, two fold, three fold? I don’t know, and I’m not trippin but kinda scared... I think projected would be nice... I’m sad... that the numbers are going to start getting a lot worse as the virus has a two to nine day incubation period and a ten day period after that... everyone is different and I don’t know what the lag time is in the numbers... the stock market second to second infrastructure isn’t in this realm of the world and that’s ok... but I wish projected numbers of is it going to be two fold? • The one President Obama gave when I was in college went to my mother as I was able to be claimed on her tax return... like, are you kidding me?  Omg I was hurt, so upset when I found out!  So this one, can it please touch each and everyone’s hands?  love all the money going out... just how many businesses does the amounts include? Lie how much per business... because the majority of the workforce are... not businesses though employees by (thank you!) but not directly financially benefited from profits just the payroll (thank you for that as well!) so how much if I’m a person who’s working minimum wage at a small business and receive a w-2 and then my person does the same but receives a 1099 tax form.... are the payroll incentives the same, the amounts, the realness as the money is good but with the payroll incentives is it based on the actual job security of a employee on a one to one specific level?  So the business only gets the incentive if they keep an employee... so two employees, one not kept on payroll the other kept on payroll is how many per this document or legislation incentivized?  Only one right?  Or none? If the incentive is given universally or as in a kept one out of twenty employees and so the incentive is given.. that shouldn’t happen. It should be that businesses have to keep everyone on the payroll to receive the incentive. I think to then break it down into a business keeping twenty out of forty employees on payroll and receiving twenty incentives is weird... and that’s the reason also for the w-2 question and the 10-99 form scenario. Because I’m not sure that they are both considered employeees. I hope it’s the same by the premise behind the concern is all inclusive as in people.... how a person is then broken down into business lingo is unknown to me really... but, either way.... it’s the person I’m concerned for. Like don’t create animosity within these businesses like what could be in this long drawn out example.... because a dishwasher who works as needed will as a not to be audited probably receive a 10-99 and a server, or manager or front of the house staff could receive a w-2- the financial situation should be given out equally to those people and the incentives for the businesses should protect them equally as well!  
• Dependents who can’t vote or can vote (age wise... and this includes everyone right?  Like, citizens, et al or people in this country et al? Right? Correct?  Please. I hope so!) however they can be claimed on their head of households tax filing and not get the $1200 check (and maybe stimulus versus relief package... but just saying dependents and the family tree analogy here... so during the last money in hand package situation... I was in college, working, and able to be claimed as a dependent though I filed separately as a w-2 employee didn't receive a stimulus at that time.  I don’t remember if that meant the person who claimed me got more then just their amount without me but I think so.)I caved as I could have filed separately but I didn’t- the point is I feel like I should have so I’m advocating for that individual or group here and now... also others ;))  But a person working who files separately as a 17 or 16 year old working their behind (butt) off to make ends meet  (and might be behind.... literally on finances before this and now and omg thank you for the relief- seriously!  But already more then half of workers live paycheck to paycheck in this country and It was at least seventy or eighty percent- a lot more then half!  So who is claimed as a dependent should still receive all the benefits of the relief package... because they could potentially see none and then what was it all for?  ;)  yes, that was some animosity back then when only should have been generosity.  
• I hope the tax system works that way or allows that to be and thank you for including those, as in me, who aren’t tax liable as well seriously... thank you!... little to no tax liability means that everyone gets it!  Like everyone... but can prisoners or jailed individuals get it?  But what if like me they were just there to go to court once a month for four months and then they get out with or without charges or a record or whatever. They work... and get paid...in some cases... 
• someone incarcerated gets this and think... I’m ruining a surprise but if then had a graduation present for their child or money to send home in an actions speak louder then words to someone who has or hasn’t ever met their dad or mother.   Pregnant women doin time... should also get this!  Like, they aren’t getting any of those benefits from a shower or diaper party or all of that- I’m not hating on that, I’m trying to create a sense of everyone and reasons why. It matters so much to me because I’ve met people and they have the same light in their eyes that everyone else does...  like they could be losing loved ones while incarcerated or behind bars and not be able to go to the funeral. Just saying-  it’s a big deal and a separate matter but also part of our people and who I’m thinking of. 
• Please don’t take away anything unless it’s the weirdness about how the trumps and their et als and the politicians and their et als are banned from this...  that’s not fair!
• An attorney conflicting itself/themselves is way over thinking this in that regard, or to me it seems so.   It’s stupid really!  You taking a hit like the one thats written into this living document as in still being crafted is stupid.... doing so does not make me receive anymore or less!  Just saying, please mention your twelve hundred dollar shoes and I’ll say, perfect here’s another as the check you cash from the government in this relief package for a time when we are all experiencing hardship.  Don’t make yourselves apart when you are apart of as elected people of the people!  What came first the person or the politician? The person!   
• Yes a high school student who’s under a student work agreement as in a constraints on when and how many hours per week should still receive this amount!  Fine- they save it, they blow it, they? Hopefully, learn something as a life lesson that’s good though the experience could be positive or negative in a lot of ways... I shouldn’t have blown it on those shoes and saved it for college...well you lived and learned maybe or just have some really nice shoes. Or a gym membership... no offense it’s not ‘your’ responsibly to concern yourself with what someone does with the money... they have their own sense, their parents sense and all of that or whatever sense as in a orphan or foster child... cause foster parents would claim a grip of kids who may or may not see the dollars and they should. Like, ok fine the foster parent takes it when it was made out to the child.... well that’s a crime and not a false claim and is a real example of future trippin...  to take care of people all inclusively as one meaning birth to ventilator or the oldest one who may just live a bit longer to collect is the heart of this matter!  That’s awesome!  Is it your responsibility to make sure it’s able to be cashed or deposited- yes!  As it is a person behind the counters so just saying.... the criminality after this is a separate matter.... accessibility to the relief is in the matter though!  Imagine it being passed down as they pass away ;) respectfully. It maybe the only time someone has had anything to give or pass on money wise, though the love and legacy are plenty and perfect... this would be for them not the survived bys..... It’s a dignity or never have been able to help... and now I can. That’s a lot of dignity for one to acquire... I hope it’s for everyone. Please don’t think this isn’t a real situation of an example... the only thing truly passed down is debt... this can be much positivity, just trying to convey why it’s so important to me!  I realize that’s all a separate matter but is part of what could come or be. • It’s a months extra pay for those at federal benefit level because what I find online on the government websites have an individual receiving between $738 per month and $1258 though it’s hard to say without actually seeing someone’s check... they still pay into the system so it may be less. Yes it’s a purchase to some and survival for some but I hope it’s relief and an adequate representation of the gravity and pain and also accounts for the aftermath or what’s to come as we are still in it!
• Please make sure it doesn't interrupt state benefits or their is a provision for that built in because it sucks having to then have a negative association of a pain in the behind with a something meant to bring about relief! 
• Don’t let the convolution and wordiness (if printed in 13 point font how many pages would this legislation be?   Just curious as to account for all of your hard work!  I’m for real though!) and long winded document (this included! Ha!) and the absolution on the paper is real and black and white.... but people are not... and then... wordiness almost got me just now on a flight of an example!  Ha! I was like in shock this morning when I heard everyone and the amount. Shock. I had to go get my phone, put down the carton of ice cream, and confirm. Thank you!  Only because I’m thirty three and have never gotten in my hands something like this from the government... everything else has ‘not applicabled’ me. ;)
• Like just cause the one kiddo has a President for a father (maybe mother can be exampled here soon!) and whatever money wise that’s none of anyone’s business.... they don’t get relief from the relief package for all of this hardship??? Like that’s not fair- as they have the option to cash it or not!  And I’m for real though.... like, if it’s that big of a deal to some that another or someone like me gets a $10,000 check for example, and they do to... like they can not cash theirs. By all means don’t feel obligated or obliged or annoyed to cash it or deposit it... and please don’t limit another’s in the same regard! ;) Omg that’s another thing... not everyone can.. ... and I need a new -
• Not everyone can go to a bank and put this in an account or access the funds or cash it for free or at no charge... just saying... it may cost hundreds to cash because of the world in which I live... like, I can’t go to a mainstream bank or a credit union as a federal thing and cash or deposit these funds- I don’t have an account as they’ve been closed on my behalf and I dont have a creditable credit score to open one.... I’m not bitching!! I promise I could see the senate minority leader’s eyes and how happy and accomplished he felt and it showed on the view this morning and that was with no sound!  I dunno!  But, just saying $2 trillion and thank you- I’m not being condescending I’m really not!  I swear I’m not.... but, at that amount received twelve year old or fourteen year old could have or start a college fund for themselves or blow it on candy- at that amount of trillions as a actuality of this relief package I hope they are included, please.  Please include them.  Yes I know that someone could take it from them and I hope not.  Someone could do all bad with it... but the trust or faith in the government would have a real here you go in your hands kind of a seeing is believing impact on a very young very impressionable very true (philosophy- meaning true...) mind/person- and that’s cool!  Everyone right- like if the word gangbanger can be said in a court room or implied I hope that they can be accounted for in the relief as well... just cause amazon or home delivered groceries may not go, doesn’t mean the government relief package shouldn’t touch their lives! I’ve been called a vagrant, homeless, worthless, a slang for a homosexual, idealistic, whatever else on paper and in actual spoken to my face words by security guards, regular people.... but not by those of the young little future leaders of the world... if it’s assumed or expected or implied that parents will take care of them through what they receive then you would have me as a right here and now situation, time, place, money, credit score, knowledge, blog et al to show for it.... interpret that as a loop hole or not or however else you want..... but it’s not like the money I didn’t receive then, as a could have studied more, gone out for some fun, or taken a day of.... like, no I didn’t eventually receive it.  I didn’t see benefits from it... because I didn’t receive it- that’s the point. Omg even a seven year old should get in... put it in a cd for them to cash when they are twelve or fourteen. I mean, funny how I’ve had a bank account since I was born... so I don’t know... I’m going by off of what I know which is twelve to fourteen signing for a procedure when I was that age as in a... why are you handing that to her, I can sign it!  And yes, the irony of not having one today keeps me warm at night! Ha!

I guarantee you nothing bad comes from putting money into the hands of each individual accounted for or assumed or implied... in an each and everyone kind of actuality!   Omg! Imagine all the fiscally responsible adults that could be a seed of a tree planted now and the shade to be benefited for ages to follow. Seriously!  I just hope it’s literally in their hands and not by or through another’s in some- just cause the hardship is... and so should the relief. 
• Just saying the instillation of trust doesn’t come or for me doesn’t come from anyone even billionaires not being accounted for on an individual level, yes it will help if not but that question will still be there and that’s reasonable. if the business and all that needs to be a separate matter... then I empower who ever to make it so... don’t live with that burden from not doing so!  Omg that would be another negative or something that needs relieved in a sense.   That little box ‘can you be claimed as a dependent’ was a heart break every year!!!! Ugh!!! Yes, I was one of those that always said no first, the would go back... talk about rags to riches- oh wait!

• I can’t relieve it took like a year or so before I wanted to purchase apples... it’s weird right!?  But it’s like a... not slow and go but like healthy eating was the last thing... it was survival through college and then started working and eventually working out and then eating healthy.  So not that I’m back there but I’m trying!
• Like those who make less should get more... if there is an issue and also those affected...  we are all affected. We are all being affected and I don’t have ‘bills’ but this one time thing shouldn't interrupt benefits or anything like that... and if that’s a concern then get rid of the barriers!  I wrote a thing to the senators of California and I hope that they also get to give them selves a stimulus or relief thing as well.  Seriously I dunno if they are accounted for like that.

Don’t forget your child care, or the kiddo themselves as the struggle is real!  Get on your confidence cause the bitch that was gunning for your man or promotion or just you're overall happiness will so be there in a morning glory of a nightmare on what could be a fresh start.  Wouldn’t it be nice if all of that drama and nightmare just didn’t come back to work. One to itself decide that or maybe a decision to not be a total douche hole and don’t worry about if everyone else is going to be on their douche hole game or a-game... hopefully no one wants any of that and everyone can just simply exist and co-exist and it’ll be great.  Or I hope so... • What am I going to do?
• Ending the epidemic is huge. All that funding that I spoke of.... the organizations that plan and are doing their part as a true person, a collaborative force, a family member that’s impacted, a child that’s doing the most for their parents, or/and bf f cry someone who is just a ‘up for whatever’ and has a voice....  if it didn’t include or wasn’t all inclusive ima need some specifics and I learned that its pretty much apply, meet, and speak to... like recs should have been given back as to also allow us to do the most.... so the amount is the funds to cover the hours worked by the writers, and people who worked and planned and got excited for... the grant was what... from say for example $5 million to $50 million.... you can’t take the recs involved in the writing process to then critique the requirements for what’s to come or to then just give me something to complain about.
• Continued from above... if other places received the most or the top amount... then based on your subjectivity there should have been recommendations given and then if the purpose was true and to valiantly speak to the administrations end the epidemic/hiv then those same people and the people they go to work everyday to help are waiting! ;) that’s what makes sense to me... just saying!

Frat houses and sorority rows through the country would be also?  I mean to be honest these fourth and fifth generation Yale and Harvard legacy families would be as well right?  Yes to all the above... if you’re baring them from healthcare or information or products through amazon or mail or grocery delivery services then it’s not.... I know that’s happening... where I stay as not a gang member isn’t able to get groceries delivered, or informed delivery through the usps and that’s not ok... and tells you how much privacy there is and how much hate civilians have been up against as that’s what I am on the white privilege side of the spectrum.  I do think I can walk down any street, move anywhere, get groceries delivered when I see the save $50 or $75 on the first order of whatever the amount spent limit is...  (yeah, not a scaled thing... just saying..) 
• Metro buses or scooters able to be regulated by some places as an annoyance and can’t even go as a hard limit in the system.... the scooter stops. Like doesn’t continue forward w it’s locomotion. I know it’s not metros as in the transit people’s fault.... but it’s someone else. Probably law enforcement or lawmakers. Not ok.  And then confidential informants et al to then cause the rest.... you have taggers on the payroll eh?  Or people to steal to strengthen the racism and fear and promote ignorance and further tragedy..
• Like you allow people to hate on (as me not posting this sooner makes me a part of that problem as well!  Like, ugh!  I think of it and then... ) Asians or people from other countries who have money yet you require them to have money before they can enter the country... and people aren’t aware that public charge even exists... not kind and so the problem and where was the vote on that?  Like, was that brought forth by and then did or does it apply to everyone and was accepted by each place and then if not accepted what?  And was then dispersed?  Ever think that some people get so stuck in their own system that relocating is the only option and isn’t supported?  Like I want to relocate to Mexico but I have no resources, and record criminally attached to my name that keeps me here or forces me to go illegally.  That’s not ok- in so many ways... while everyone is at home with your family or gang bang or forced to work overtime as a frontliner.... please consider how stupid it is to quarantine or stay in place a population with so many homeless or incarcerated or reservations of indigenous peoples or commuters or undocumented homeless or car sleepers. Like physicians sleeping jn your car... for access to work please remember it’s illegal to do so! So admirable. Maybe not an issue if you get questioned.... but the right to exist is the same person to person no matter what their cause is... 
• If I can’t get those things and that means something and maybe have me labeled as something I’m not... or if it has been applied and then taken away and.... that’s going to be the liability of a lifetime, that’s my name and my persons name and our lives either as friends or people..... no matter what we are or I am and we are until I know different are uninformed and not aware and you may allow some situations to pick and chose like amazon who or who not or that may be the law et al as well and that’s taunting and creating more racism and hate!

So this is from the autopsies in other countries/their recommendations.... I’m not sure how long ours will take to get... so..

• The virus they haven’t named yet it seems- they keep calling it the virus...
• Clogs respiratory pathways with thick mucous that solidifies so this must be removed first before treatment can take effect. 
• No cold liquids... warm is best
• Drink warm water every 20 minutes
• Wash hands with a soap that foams. 
• Gargle with an antiseptic like vinegar, salt water, or 
• No smoking. 
• Eat fruit and vegetables...  vitamin c, it’s also important to raise your zinc 
• Animals don’t transmit it
• Sunlight will kill it is it’s in your clothes. 
• Wash clothes daily- or store in sunlight if that’s not an option.
• It’s person to person transmitted. 
• .it enters your oral pathways and can live in your throat for 3-4 days so hydration is very important.  
• If sore throat or et al seek medical attention.
• Didn’t say anything about temperature...
• Probably means that it should be the same for body wash... 
• Metallic surfaces allow the virus’s to live up to nine days..
• When or if you go outside... shower straight away upon entering your home et al as I know so many don’t have... and it can live in your hair and clothes.
